With this information, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, containing provisions for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, (hereinafter also referred to as the "GDPR") and art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (“Privacy Code”), as well as pursuant to the provisions of the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (“Privacy Guarantor”) of 8 May 2014 as may be amended and/or integrated, the manager of the website www.marizatassy.it (hereinafter also referred to as the “Site”), Mariza Tassy di Antonella Rigante with registered office in Via Molino delle Armi 45 – 20123 Milan - data controller - email address: marizatassyecommerce (hereinafter also referred to as “Mariza”), provides users of the Site and its subdomains with some information on the cookies used.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text strings that the Site visited by the user sends to his terminal (usually the browser), where they are automatically stored to then be automatically retransmitted to the same site at the next visit by the same user.
Cookies, usually present in users' browsers in very large numbers and sometimes with characteristics of long temporal persistence, are used for different purposes: execution of computer authentication, monitoring of sessions, storage of information on specific configurations regarding users who access the server.
The Site uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who visit the pages contained therein.
There are various types of cookies and they differ based on the purposes pursued. For example, some are used to make the use of the Site more effective, others to enable certain functions.
TYPES OF COOKIES USED AND PURPOSES
The Site and its subdomains use cookies for the following purposes:
- navigate and use the Site (for example, make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas);
- avoid re-entering the same information (such as, for example: username and password) several times during the visit;
- store the preferences entered;
- analyze the use of the services and contents provided to optimize the browsing experience and the services offered.
Please note that, for these purposes, consent to the use of cookies is optional, but that, in its absence, some parts of the Site and its subdomains may not function correctly.
Below are the various types of cookies used by the Site depending on the purpose of use.
TECHNICAL COOKIES
Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication on an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service". This type of cookie allows the correct functioning of some sections of the Site. Technical cookies, in relation to the technical services offered, will therefore always be used and sent, unless the user changes the settings in their browser. They are not used for other purposes.
The Site uses the following technical cookies:
- Navigation cookies: allow normal navigation and use of the Site, they are stored on the user's computer for purely technical-functional needs and to optimize the user's browsing experience.
- Analytics cookies: they are used to collect, in aggregate and anonymous form, statistical information about the number of users and the users' browsing methods, in order to improve the use of the Site and to make the contents more interesting and relevant to the wishes of the users. Analytics cookies are sent from the site itself or from third-party domains and are assimilated to technical cookies only if used for the purpose of optimizing the site directly by the owner of the site.
- Functional cookies, including third-party cookies: allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
The length of time a so-called technical cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” cookie or a “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing, while persistent cookies last until they expire or are removed. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and expire within a period of 30 minutes to 2 years from the date they were downloaded to your device.
PROFILING COOKIES
Profiling cookies, including third-party cookies, are designed to create profiles relating to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the internet.
THIRD PARTY COOKIES
While browsing, the user may also receive cookies on his terminal that are sent from different sites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which some elements may reside (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site that the user is visiting. Some third-party cookies are installed through the Site. Furthermore, among the third-party cookies, social network cookies are installed to allow the user's social account to interact with the Site. They are used, for example, to express the user's appreciation and to share it with the user's social friends. Social network cookies are not necessary for browsing.
The individual third-party cookies are reported in detail, as well as the links through which the user can receive more information and request the deactivation of cookies.
